Ground Crew

Tom joined us as part of the governments Kick Start scheme back in summer 2021. Initially on a 6 month placement, he impressed us so much with his can do attitude and is still with us 18 months later. Tom is essentially our main man on the ground, helping to move the brash and logs, process the waste through the chipper and ensure that the working area is left clean and tidy.

Paula provides all of the administration backing for all of our projects, dealing with any planning applications, conservation area and TPO checks, compiling reports for local councils in addition to the day to day running of the office, diaries and accounts.
